Joseph Francis Alaskey III (April 17, 1952 - February 3, 2016) was a voice actor who voiced the Wizard, Butch the Bulldog, and Droopy in Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz and its sequel Tom and Jerry: Back to Oz, which was his last film, and carries a memorial title card at the end.
